It’s time for the 12th Annual Shop ‘n Share, our holiday program where Eddins students and their families purchase unwrapped gifts for economically disadvantaged children at our sister school, Finch Elementary. As you are doing your holiday shopping, please remember to pick up a gift or two for a child in need.

To ensure that we have gifts for children of all ages, please purchase a gift that is age- and gender-appropriate for your own child (i.e. if your Eddins student is a second-grade girl, please donate a gift for a second-grade girl).

Possible gift ideas include arts and crafts, make up kits, jewelry sets, games, skateboards, scooters, action figures, balls (soccer/basketball/football), Barbies, Legos, and anything Nerf!  Our goal is 400 gifts!!

Don’t have time to shop? Donate gift cards or send a check payable to Eddins PTA (note Shop ‘n Share on memo line) and we will do the shopping for you!  Put these in an envelope marked Shop ‘n Share/Marie Robertson and turn in to the front office. We are also collecting large gift bags, rolls of wrapping paper, ribbons, and tape.

Donations can be placed under the Eddins Christmas tree and will be accepted from November 26th until December 11th

We also need adult volunteers to join us at Finch Elementary on Tuesday, December 11th to transport and wrap gifts for these wonderful families. If you would like to help with this program, please sign up using this link.

Thank you for helping us spread kindness and holiday cheer!
